Walking & Munro-bagging


Schiehallion_and_Loch_Rannoch






Schiehallion (3,554 feet), one of the most famous Munros (mountains over 3,000 feet), can be reached directly from the house and a further 25 Munros are within a short drive of Bunrannoch (for full details see)

 

There are also numerous less strenuous walks nearby, ranging from gentle strolls along the River Tummel, to woodland walks and onto harder climbs up various local Corbetts (mountains over 2,500 feet).

 



Cycling


The area around Bunrannoch is very popular with cyclists, with routes ranging from gentle, flat rides around Loch Rannoch, to steep mountain bike rides through local woodland.

Hunting & shooting

We specialise in accommodating andcatering for stalking and shooting parties and individuals.   We have a drying room, and secure storage facilities for shotguns and rifles - please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your own firearms.  Feel free to contact us for information and advice on local stalking and shooting opportunities.

 


 

Fishing
